Terms of Service

BY USING THE PLACEMAT, INC. PLATFORM YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU OBJECT TO ANYTHING IN THE PLACEMAT, INC. TERMS OF USE, OR OTHERWISE DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE PLACEMAT, INC. PLATFORM.

1. Pricing is set at $75 per person with an additional 20% Placenat, Inc. Service fee.

2. Deposits are nonrefundable for all confirmed Reservations.

3. By confirming your Placemat Reservation you understand that all changes to your confirmed Reservation within 10 days of your Reservation will incur a fee. Associated fees defined below.

4. By confirming your Placemat Reservation you understand that the Placemat Team arrives 90 minutes prior to your selected and confirmed reservation time. This time is designated for preperation and assembling a feel-good food experience.

5. You understand that the Placemat Team may from time to time use your kitchenware or serviceware to complete the feel-good food experience.

6. Placemat, Inc. is fully insured with Professional Liablity Coverage, but cannot guarantee all its contracted culinary talent carry personal and liability coverage. This is not a requirement by Placemat, Inc.

7. You agree to paying the final invoice no later than the Monday following your completed reservation.

Reservation Changes, Cancellations and Associated Fees

1. Any menu changes within 10 days of reservation will incur a $150 charge.

2. A reduction in the number of confirmed guests within 10 days will still be charged for confirmed guests.

3. Any addition to the number of confirmed guests will be charged $75 for each additional guest.

4. Cancellations must be made at least 10 calendar days prior to Reservation date in order to receive full refund.

5. If Reservation is canceled within 24 hours of Reservation, guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost.

7. Placemat, Inc. applies a service fee of 20% to the overall Reservation total, which is subsequently remitted Placemat, Inc. as an service administrative fee.

8. If the Placemat Team have to wait beyond 30+ minutes to enter home or space after confirmed arrival time, your Placemat Reseravtion will be cancelled and invoice must be paid in full.
