2 baked or boiled potatoes (peeled and smashed) 2 cups flour 1 egg Dash of salt Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until combined. Roll dough out into links on a floured surface. Cut dough into 1 in. pieces. Bring pot of salted water to a boil. Cook Gnoochi for 3-5 min or until they float to the top.
It is optional to finish gnocchi on stove top with medium high heat. Cook until browned. Serve with red sauce, green sauce or any sauce. Enjoy! It’s easy! #glutenfree

3/4 c melted coconut oil or (@kerrygoldusa unsalted butter) 3/4 c honey 2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 3 c almond flour or (any kind) 65% dark chocolate chips (as much as you want) Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Sliced Blood Orange (or any citrus, melon) Honey Turmeric Poppyseed Coconut Flake Easy. You all can cook! Promise. Turmeric Cauliflower and Greens — 1 head of Cauliflower 1 small Sweet Potato (or Carrot) 1 can Garbanzo Beans 2 cloves Garlic 1 Tbsp Turmeric Red Pepper Flake to taste 1 bushel Greens (Kale, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Rainbow Chard, etc.) 1/2 Onion (Red or Yellow) Salt to taste Garlic Lime Yogurt Sauce — 1 cup full-fat Greek Yogurt 2 cloves Garlic Juice of 1 lime ![]() Mix Cauliflower, Garbanzo Beans, Sweet Potato in mixing bowl with Olive Oil, Turmeric, Garlic, Red Pepper Flake. Bake at 400 for 25 mins until golden brown. On medium heat sauté Onion in Olive Oil. Reduce heat and add Cauliflower, Beans and Potato. Tear Greens or thinly slice. Add to pan and stir. Cook until Greens are soft and tender. Sauce — Combine 1 cup of full-fat greek yogurt with juice of one lime, 2 cloves garlic. Blend or hand mix until smooth and creamy.
